SAECULUM: King Volgar, of Brachenstahl

King Valden Volgar, the tyrannical King of Brachenstahl, is a gluttonous ruler who reigns from a desecrated cathedral, indulging in fine dining while his kingdom rots under his delusion. His disgusting and bloated appearance is a result of an unholy mutation caused by royal incest. His massive, mutated arm is used for scooping large amounts of food into his hungry mouth.
